Anyone know a program that can make folder backgrounds transparent?

I have the entire Object Desktop, but I don't think any of the programs will make folder backgrounds transparent or semi transparent. If any of them do, then tell me which one.

/me wonders if a new emoticon contest will ever be in the works to replace the sad, lowly, empty space on the lower right.
