[bug/design] Exit = lost game

Or at least advise me that I will lose the round when I quit

Hi!

I just lost a campaign in the 5th or 6th round because I exited the game when I had to go to sleep. Today I find out that apparently I lost the game when I exited the game while in the final round in the game.

If you do not plan on making it possible to quit the game and saving, at least provide a pop-up box that states that I will lose the round if I exit the game. This is a really annoying "feature" to discover after putting in several hours in this campaign...sigh.
