Cursor XP and Windows 98

I cannot install CursorXP because I have windows 98 >

. Is there any way I can use a cursor XP file on Windows 98 or trick cursor xp into installing on 98?

Think about it........... the developers didn't exclude 95\98\ME, to irk you, or have fewer potential customers............... There's no support for alpha transparency on those systems, therefore, it can't work on those systems.
