So I bought SOASER a couple weeks ago and had issues then created an account and registered it. then I got a new computer forgot that account did not get any notifications of that account being made and so I could not re register it when I installed it to the new computer. Theres more. So I made a new Stardock account and tried to register it to this new account. that did not work so A friend of mine bought it through my stardock we set up a new steam account and activated the product key for that particular digital copy. And Yet I still have the same issue where it won't register it and thus I cannot play the game which I have now paid for twice for a grand total of $80. I would like for some help rectifying this problem. 

Som other information of my new computer would be that it is windows 8.1 OS and a newer computer overall. I want to know if the problem is to do with the O.S or through the way stardock is set up.
