skinstudio 8 crashing

hi guys using windows 8.1 x64 update 3 and I have a random problem with skinstudio 8,im in the middle of making a skin then the software bugs out saying skinstudio encountered an error cant continue.if happenes only every now and again,doesn,t seem to be very stable at all.

First time I heard of this problem.

I would suggest you email support. Only send one ticket. If you send another before you receive an answer you will go to the bottom of the list again.

cheers DaveBax for reply,i know lightstar also had same issue and was wondering if anyone found a workaround.

I just uninstalled SKS, ran CCleaner and Wise Registry Cleaner, rebooted and ran them again, and then reinstalled SKS Shaun.
