One fence title doesn't hide

Fences 2.13, Win 8.1 Pro x64.  I've got one Fence title that remains on the desktop when I double click and hide all the others (along with those icons not excluded from quick hide).  There are a couple of icons in it, and I just noticed that niether responds to exclude quick hide being disabled; i.e., they always show.  That must be where the problem lies.  Any ideas?  Thanks,

Update: not sure what was causing it, but deleted the Fence and icons and recreated it.  Hiding right now.

You can choose to have a fence not hide ("exclude this fence from quick hide").  That's probably what happened.  When you deleted and recreated it it nio longer had that option enabled.
