internal trading of resources

currently this is not possible. .. but in the future could it be possible for us to be able to trade food to another planet In our own control...

 

Case in point. .. earth can generate 21 food... if i don't put in place the morale boosting improvements... earth will be unhappy.  My only other option is to build colonization ships to move people.

 

We need a way to either move "food" with a decay on distance or move people Easier.

This was planned at least at one point and the techs for it even appeared in the tree but were disabled. I haven't looked in beta 4 to see if they are still there.
