Payment issues in your website

Hello,

 

I'm having an issue with the online payment. I wanted to buy and download Objectdock, but once I filled the payment form, it says "transaction rejected" and it takes USD$2 from my bank account... Why is that? I'm from Colombia, and It isn't a kind of tax per failed transaction or something, so... Why is that? I made 4 tries, and all them were failed and take USD$2 per rejection.

That should be a temporary authorization hold which will disappear after a bit. If you contact sales@stardock.com they should be able to help figure out why your payment is being rejected.

Please contact sales@stardock.com and support@stardock.com to start a trouble ticket.

When you receive your auto-generated trouble ticket post it here in a comment.

I will attempt to make support aware of this when they return to work in the morning.
