Crashing, unknown cause

Good day.


I noticed just last night that I can get no farther in my game, it seems that when I am attacked by one of the civilizations, right after that it crashes.  No message, no nothing..just Whammo.  Windows Desktop.


Have any others reported such?  I also did a verification of my files to see if their integrity is OK, and it says that all is well.


I have not used the old tried and true "Reduce Graphic Settings" yet, as I wondered if this was a common problem..

Yes, this is a common problem I have reported this to stardock with a ticket both in single player and multiplayer where it seems the game get's to a point and will not allow you to go any further on that game it will crash to desktop every time at the end of that turn.

Now if yours is happening every time in the middle of the turn while you're doing other things I would recommend that you create your own ticket.

After a lot of screwing around, and submitting tickets to them....I have discovered part of the problem.

It seems that I can play just fine as another race except Terran or the modified Terrans I created.  The only thing I can think of would be that I had custom ships like for instance..."The Chicken of Death"...I tried to play as the Altaran Race and it's going fine.  It has NOTHING to do with my Computer.  I also submitted this information yesterday to their support center....
