Windowblinds cause desktop restart loop on Win10 TP 64-bit

Have tried installing Windowblinds on Win10 TP 64-bit and with both versions 8.06 and 8.09, while the install seems to work OK, after a subsequent reboot, you get into a desktop restart loop -- where the desktop startes to come up, blinks, and restarts.  Solved this by restoring from a backup taken before WB was installed.

Not testing Win10 TP anymore because I used up two activations, one for 8.06 and one for 8.09, and don't want to risk my Win 8.1 copy being deactivated.
