Loads on monitor1 but not the desktop monitor

When this program starts it loads on monitor 1 (which is my left monitor) and does not move to my desktop monitor 2 until I either do a logout/login or suspend the system. Is there any way to get this to load to my designated desktop monitor (2)? Is there a way to get it to stay put on monitor 1 and not switch to desktop? (If it stays put I can get used to its positioning.} Same goes for the sub docks as they move as well.
