restoring system image containing expired subscription

hi there.

i've recently renewed my subscription, however very soon i will have to restore a system image which contains -amongst other things- also the full objectdesktop state as of several months ago. i've never been in this particular situation, is the state of the subscription stored locally or remotely to be verified when then od manager signs in? if the former, can anybody advise what will happen then and how to fix any issues?

You should be fine. After restoring the image, just log back on to ODM or your account at Stardock.com. If your sub is current, you will be able to access all your software and any updates. I've had to restore from images many times and never had any issues.

Your subscription status is kept in a bomb-proof vault hundreds of feet below Stardock HQ. ;)
