SS of Siderado MusicMatch Jukebox Skin (joetheblow..C242..anybody interested)

Well, after only 3 1/2 weeks of hard labor, I finally finished a MMJB skin to match my favorite Windowblinds.

The result is here:
https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=13&SkinID=1291

Problems:
I cannot get transparency on the upper left corner of the player. (Finally, I just colored the corner to match the wallpaper.) Ugh...

The Portable Device and Burner Plus skins seem to be hardwired to stretch the borders, so I could not use the stripes on the sides.

If anybody knows if there is a way to correct these two problems, I would sure appreciate hearing about it.

There are 204 graphics required to skin it, and the sdk is pretty marginal. Anyway, there sure wasn't enough instructions for me.

A calculator is strongly recommended, as every button position has to be figured (x y co-ordinates) And there sure are a lot of buttons.

Don't think I will ever do it again.

Hey did you hear? CNET gave MMBJ Plus the award for best media player.

I personaly like Winamp2 but I have to admit when it comes to organization and ripping ability MMBJ is very cool.

Hmmm. I still think Media Jukebox is the most powerful and feature-laden jukebox

I like MMJB. I bought it back at version 5, and updates are free. It does a great job of playing mp3s, ripping, and burning CD's from mp3s. It was a real bear to skin, tho. Calculating the button positions was too much like work. I am an accountant and get all the calculating I want at the office.

And, joetheblow, I look forward to seeing your efforts in skinning this. If you figure out the transparency thing or tiling the Burner borders, please let me know.

Thank you C242 & Werewolf. Treetog has been very kind about letting me post the messes I have made his graphics, I just haven't had the nerve to ask about these. Also, I used Graypony's Woody skin as a model while working thru the tutorial because I didn't like the one used in the sdk, so I would have to get permission from him too (I think) And, I don't know where I would post the MMJB skin. Wincustomize doesn't have a catagory for it, and this is the only place I hang out. But I do appreciate your encouragement.
