Pale Moon crashes

Pale Moon X64 (last version tried) is not compatible with WindowsBlinds (also latest version) under Windows 8.1. 64-bit

Symptom : Pale Moon displays its main window and immediately closes. No error shown.

Uninstalling WindowsBlind solves this issue.
