Art stolen again but this time......

My art has been stolen again but this time the thieves are making money off of my art..

The site does not have a DMCA take down option I did a whois search on them (will give that at the end of this)..

My question this time is do I send an E-Mail to both E-Mail addresses which are
abuse@enom.com & info@indiangiftsportal.com they have a CONTACT US do I sent it there to or just there with the DMCA take down notice OR

do I need to get an attorney the site is IndianGiftsPortal.com
and my art is here (this is just one of the locations but with the same ID# to BUY it)

basically I am asking IF I just send the DMCA to one or all The E-Mail Address... the two I listed plus the contact us..

OH and NO they never got my permission to use my art or to use my art to make MONEY off of it..

now my Astronaut Sock image is for other artist to use in their art But I do have rules of use and one is it can't look like my stock and two NO MONEY is to be made from my stock...

Just email the site using the contact us link DC and explain everything. I am sure they will take care of it. Also, some of the links in your original post don't work correctly.

The WHOIS info would be irrelevant right now, you should deal with the indiangiftsportal.com site directly, if they don't help you then email abuse@enom.com as they are the sites registrar and report the site.

While no artist wants their work to be ripped, it's predictable. DeviantArt is a cesspool. Did you expect them to deal with it? Apparently not, and then you came to  WinCustomze to ask for advice.   Good luck Dc.

 And you are going to need a LOT more than luck. The sad fact is, you'll spend far more money fighting this than the thief will ever make.

DeviantArt is NOT who Ripped my art off..  Why would DA Deal with a Site that is not theirs...  

 

People also Steal Art from HERE Wincustomize as Well...

I don't expect WC to deal with Google Plus (+) as for some Art thief Stole my art "The Dark Night" from here and has it uploaded on her G+  (I know she stole it here because when I put it on DA the Rar file is broken as there is not one it's just a Preview image of ALL 3 images) so does this make WC a "cesspool" as well??

Also what does DeviantART have to do with this?? Other than the fact that is where the A-hole stole my art from... 

HOW many times has my Art been stolen from WC??  at least once But Just like I don't blame DA I don't blame WC either... THEY (DA & WC) didn't steal it...

That is way I didn't sever wincustomize the DMCA NOR DeviantArt...

why telling me this I don't know as it was VERY CLEAR I didn't and wasn't blaming WC...

That would be like telling the Music, Movie, game, Computer Program, etc.. industries (people) NOT to make them if they don't want them stolen...

Doesn't sound as clever as you thought it was, now that I turned that no logical statement back on you who works for a Gamer and Computer program company, who's products get stolen...  a lot more than mine do... which are FREE no money lost on my side...

 

If anything your comment should have been at Wizard1956 for being the ass to ME for no god damn REASON...

And to add... there is only ONE person who has a reason to protect YOUR IP/copyright...and that person is YOU.

No-one else has the incentive to do so.

If you feel you are failing in protecting your own IP then the solution is to NOT expose it to potential abuse...ie. do NOT upload it to the Internet.
