Win 10 b9860

Yeah, I know there's no reason to believe Fences will work on a technical preview. But it DOES work. But since the upgrade to build 9860, it is occasionally crashing. Okay, not crashing, but disabling itself saying something about protecting my safety because of an error in explorer.

Thinking it's a problem with explorer.exe or perhaps my PC has just become desperately in need of an OS reinstall. Curious if anyone else is seeing something similar.
