Printing background is wasting ink. Help?

I am using simplico windowsblind.

 

It has a nice off white background to most programs. But when I want to print something, it prints the beige backround instead of white background.

 

How do you deal with this? I want to print with a white background, of course. I can't find anything in printer set up. help?

Have no idea what you are trying to print. What are you trying to print using a WindowBlind? If you are trying to print text then just high light the text, copy, and paste into note pad, word or another program and print only the text.

WindowBlinds shouldn't affect print output, however, when you do print, there's always an option in the print dialog to disable printing backgrounds and images (default is off).
