I am trying to align fence windows to the top edge of my monitor but when I drag them to the edge, the title of each fence window moves down to the bottom of the fence.
Is there a way to force Fences to never move the title bar or keep it always on the top of the fences? Turning off fence labels works, but I would much rather have the labels.

I realized that this post is almost a year old, but this was the first result in Google when I searched for this issue.
I have a workaround for this. Move the fence to the top of the screen. Then snap-align a new fence below this fence. Now when you move the fence above it again, you can snap-align it to the fence below it and this will move the title to the top of the fence rather than the bottom.
