Setting font size for icon label on tabs

I can't seem to find a way to reduce the size of the actual icons and labels on the individual tabs.  The label for the tab itself is fine.  However, when I select a specific tab, the icons and labels are huge.   I've tried to play around with the only font setting I can find and it does nothing to the icon labels.  I'm at the lowest size for the icons (33 pixels) and they still seem huge.  Is there some Windows setting I need to change to fix this or is it a limitation of Object Dock?

Seems to be a bug still in the current version, as i have a similar problem (https://forums.stardock.com/454035/page/1/#3481126). Aside that, it is also possible that this font setting is badly labeled and does its changes to another portion of the program as its name would suggest.
