On the Shipyard screen:
When one gets the "Shipyard Idle" button text and then clicks on it the player is moved immediately to the Shipyard screen but with no info other then the shipyard name and the planetary sponsor. It would be helpful to have the mini-map here with the position of the current shipyard indicated. Otherwise one has to guess as to the appropriateness of the ship to be built. E.G. If it is on the front-line then one might prefer to build a warship as opposed to a constructor for mining if it is not in immediate peril.
After experimenting a little bit I found that hitting "Done" from the shipyard screen will bring me back to the galaxy view but repositioned at the shipyard that triggered the "IDLE" button. So one can ascertain the position of that shipyard and then go back into the shipyard view to make the appropriate decision. So this suggestion should be downgraded from a necessity to a nice-to-have.
Regarding the list sub-screen that is on the right side of the galaxy view:
It would really help to be able to sort by name. From what I can figure out it is now listed in acquirement order. For example I would like to be able to find uncommitted constructors for starbase improvement. As of now I have to scroll down all of the ships (after selecting the ship tab) to find them. They are not grouped so I have to keep scrolling to find more. If I could sort by name then all constructors would be listed together.
On the available ships sub-screen on the left of the shipyard screen:
If the name of the ship is particularly long, then the version of it can get truncated on the screen with the effect of the user not being able to discern its improvement level. E.G. If the ship is a constructor and it's Model (level) is over 9 and the turns to build is 10 (or more) then the Model level info is truncated. A constructor M13 with 12 turns to build gets listed as Constructor M1 12. It would be better to truncated "Constructor" then the level of improvement.
