registration problem

am reposting  a problem someone else previous also had, but the solution proposed didn't work

I have contacted Stardock support 3 times with no resolution to registering the product. They tell me to try one of the following 2 solutions but neither work. When I email them again, they send an identical email with the below 2 solutions.

In your application, choose "I only have a serial" (Also known as Product Key)

After entering your credentials, and serial \ Product Key (in your email receipt), click Register. (there is no Product Key on my receipt)

If you have lost your receipt, you can get it from the order page:

https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/orders

Open the csv file and the serial(s) is in there.

 

 

1.) My trial version is done, but can't registered from my PC.

message: No registration. Your registrations have been  looked up but no purchases for this application have been found!

 

In the order history I see start8.

 

2.) When I sign into my account here https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/orders I do not see a link 'Download Product Key Status (.csv)' link.
