Esupport doesnt work

I have tried and tried to reply about support ticket at your Esupport site. Something is wrong on your end. When I try to send the reply, the site works for about five minutes and issues an error message that some field is left blank. I filled it out properly. Can you fix this problem? I would love to respond to the ticket. Thanks

While we encourage the use of the site to place and manage your ticket, you only need to respond to the email sent by the system to have it added to any already placed ticket.  

If you issue is initially placing a ticket on the site, have you tried a different browser (IE, Chrome, FireFox)?

At the very least, sending an email to support@stardock.com will automatically place a ticket.

Sorry. I can NOT respond to the ticket via email. That is why I posted it here. You can delete this if you desire. I also tried Chrome and could not get it to work there either. I didn't know where else to turn to.

I think sdRohan means if you reply to the mail from your email client directly you do not have to use the website.

Just reply as you would to any mail.
