Adni18 Weather Gadgets not refreshing current conditions ?

I have the "newer" versions of , The Weather ,  Weather Status, Live Weather V4 , Weather Forecast , taken from Adni18's dropbox site    https://www.dropbox.com/sh/vt16cpgyrzznser/zu-2zKHMbQ    ,  and i have been trying each one of them to see if one will work , but what happens is , they work for the day , then i have to close them , then go to the folder where i have the zip files and re-click the .exe to get current conditions , in other words i have to almost re-install it to get the current conditions after a day or so  , it does not re-install , it just opens up again , but this time with current conditions , up till now they were working fine , its just been over the last week or so i have noticed this issue  , i only have 1 open/installed at a time , but over the last week have tried each one to see if they all have the same issue , which they all seem to not be able to update current conditions

For Example i looked at the weather conditions this morning and it showed Weiser , Id (Idaho,U.S.)  84F temp , then Tuesday , and Wednesday ,Thurs,Fri  etc at the bottom , , the issue is  TODAY is Wednesday ! , so its showing current conditions for 2 days ago  , this was after redoing it a few days ago  , its like all of them have lost the ability to do constant updates  , they only update when you install/refresh it/them  , i have tried each version listed above , with the same results   , i use  USID0271:1 as the location code as taken from the location code site   , any idea's ???
