Where can I alter this graphic in SkinStudio?

I've looked in all the usual places and can't find where I can alter this. It's probably stupidly obvious but none of the sections with drop-down graphics have worked yet. Can someone point me in the right direction -- thanks!!

That is a read only combobox.

Yep, the combobox stuff. In SkinStudio it's in the Edit Controls, Edit combobox controls.
