Initial Win8.0 install on new Dell laptop but Start8 causes a right click error

That is, it only happened after Start 8 was installed.

When I right click on the desktop I get a C++ error. No actual applications have yet been installed.

Any solutions or suggestions? please.

Do you have a screenshot of the error?

That isn't normal and I am unaware of any similar reports since we released Start8.
