how to get back the 'cloud' for weather?

I accidentally removed the Cloud weather icon from my dock. How do I get it back?

Right-click the dock > Add > Docklets > Weather

Right-click again and select Position. Make sure icon dragging is not locked. Just un-lock if it is.
