Can Not Activate Start8 and Modern MIx

Hi! I purchased both products but can not activate! I received product key in email, but do not have serial number. It is no where to

be found on site or invoice. Logged onto account, no luck! Any advice?

if you received the Product Key in your email like you said, that is what you need to activate with, that is the serial number = product Key.

the email you recieved should have a link to your account with download instructions.
