Compassion, Produce Research, not working

When I cast my heal spell that does 8 heal I don't get the 50% bonus from Compassion. When I Build Produce Research in my city I get no research bonus.

On the Produce Research issue, have you hovered over the research amount to check what it says? It could be that unrest penalties makes bonus small enough that the display rounds it so it isn't visible.

Which heal spell exactly?

The Life 2 Heal spell should heal 16 + 2 per life shard, +50% if you have compassion.

The spell is called Heal and in parentheses it says plus 4 per life shard.  The spell says it heals for 8 so it should heal for 12 and I only get 8.

I have 2.5 research and the produce research says 50% bonus. I should go to 3.7 or so and it stays at 2.5. I even do another turn to make sure it needs a turn to update and nothing changes.

I started up a new random map game and Produce Research works. My other game where it's not working is the scenario Fallen Enchantress. Maybe in the scenario only it's not working.  :maybe:
