"Windows Key + E" no longer opens Windows Explorer

I seemed to have lost the "Windows key + E" functionality after installing Start8. Does anyone know if there is a way to get it back?

That is not normal.

I have just checked here and Winkey + e is working just fine to open Explorer.

Are you using Windows 8 or 8.1?
