Hey everyone1 i am completely new to this series, an was hoping to get some opinions on mods that will increase vanilla gameplay experience. Any suggestions would be much appreciated thank you. 
Assuming you have Rebellion I'd play a game or two of Vanilla first to learn the basics. Then you might want to check these out. Note that they may not work with each other.

yes I have rebellion sry i would of said that but i thought i was in a rebellion section of the forum. Thanks for the suggestions i will look more into these.

Distant Stars is another good enhancement mod as well.

distant stars was exactly what i was looking for ty and it also includes Bailknight's Graphics Mod which is even better thank you sir's!
