Same problem as many others Maximum activations reached

from Stardock Forums

I recently purchased Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion on Steam but I (along with many others it seems) had trouble getting a registration or activation (or whatever).  Now it is saying that "Maximum activations reached".  It looks like I need an account reset or something?  I don't see where I can make a service ticket so apologize if this isn't an appropriate place to request help with this problem but I am at a bit of a loss.

Whoops!  I thought this was going to post in the support forums.  I guess I am too noob (slow) with these forums, feel free to move this thread to the general support or whichever sub-forum is most appropriate.
