cant get it to work

i cant get sins of the profits to work followed a guide and all that nice stuff, even shows up in mods in game options, but a cant select factions or any thing some one explain in simple english please

In other words you don't notice any changes? Is your checksum 0? If so, when you extracted the zip file or whatever it made an extra folder and the game can't find the mod. Get rid of the extra folder and you should fix the problem.

 

Also, it's best to ask these kinds of things on the particular mod's thread/website. The mod creators can help you best.
