OnjectDock and Pinnacle

Studio 15 hangs

Hello all

I run Pinnacle Studio 15 video capture and edit on Win 7 Pro 64-bit and it keeps hanging when launching. Loading proceeds to anything

up to 88% which is the highest it has reached and it then hangs.

The program launched fine until today. The only change that I had made was to change from RocketDock to ObjectDock (32-bit), and

I wondered if there was any connection. I unloaded ObjectDock and tried Studio 15 again, and it launched fine.

Has anyone come across this before ? If so, is there any way round it ?

If you have your dock at the top or the left of your screen, try moving it over to the right or bottom edge of the screen.

I do realize this sounds ridiculous, but it is how I used to avoid issues with a different piece of dvd software and player.

Thanks for the reply.

I tried as you suggested but it made no difference.

Sorry, I was hoping that would work for you.

Probably best at this point to send an email to Stardock Support

support@stardock.com

You should receive an automated response with a ticket number almost immediately.  If you don't see it check your spam or graymail folders.  Do not reply to that automated response and do not send them additional emails until you receive another response from them - each time you send them an email it resets you in their cue, much like hanging up on a telephone support line.
