2x window resizing

Hi. I posted this on the general Stardock Software category but had no luck.

Is there an application that would allow me to resize any window, using a pixel perfect resizing, rather than just dragging a window by the corners?

I know Winamp has a feature exactly like that, so that should be an example of what im looking for, but I would like to do that to some other programs I have, like games for example.
I made an example image of what I want to do.
I want this because there are games or other programs that either won't resize or will become blurry.

There are screen magnifiers that do the same thing, but those cause lag, or aren't real time, or don't have a perfect framerate. It's just better to resize, but I am looking a pixel perfect resize.

You could try Powerpro. It does a lot of different things, one of them resizing windows, and it is free!

Thanks for your answers!!

So far, I tried WinSize2 and WindowFX, sadly they did not do what I want.

They do resize windows but in the way that you would normally do it with your mouse.

I installed Powerpro. Holy crap, that program is complicated!! I haven't found out how to resize with that yet.

But I think a better word to describe what I'm looking for is to "zoom in" to a window, so that all text and images are twice the size in pixels.

Edit: Anyone used Windows7's magnifier? That does exactly what I want... except, I need it in Windows XP. Windows XP's own magnifier isn't good enough.

I will have to check if 7's magnifier is compatible in XP, but I highly doubt it...
