please help, i think my win classic theme is dominating my window blind

i have the atlantes win blind loaded in my skin tab on the display properties, but it shows the win classic theme in the appearance tab in my properties window. I think its screwing my win blind up slightly

additional info is , im on win 98/me (upgraded to win me) its just so strange cuz the screenshot shows all the changes, but like where the start menu is, that whole bar doesnt look right, like maybe the start logo got turned to menu with the grey around it but the bar itself is win classic? in the screenie it is obviously rich with the glass red and etc

You will not see the same effects on 98 or Me that you would see on 2K or XP.

a website link PLS that knows of a site with this stuff? for os win 98/me? btw lmao,,, my computer is so fucked up, tried organizeing my computer, heh, thought system restore would save me if i messed up, guessed wrong i even messed up my system restore

To skin the start menu/taskbar on 98\ME, you can use objectbar. It can read the WB file and imitate XP.
