1.6 bugs Mantle of Oceans and new hero fail

1-AT the 800 fame level, I was given a hero option of two heroes, one being a level one hero with no traits, or a level two hero with one trait.  So much for the new high level heroes.

2-casting Mantle of Oceans on my hero reduced spell costs to 1 mana.   A few were two, and one was 3 mana.   That's way more than a 40% reduction.
