Tablet touch keyboard

I installed ObjectDock on my tablet. Is there a way to create an icon for the touch keyboard (as per the W8 task bar)?

 

Edit: I created a taptip.exe shortcut and added it to the dock. When I try to run the dock keep getting an error message that the file cannot be found?
