Reached maximum activation

Is it possible to reset my activation so that i can use my payed start8 Software?

It is a US holiday Friday and Monday which may have delayed things and looking at the ticket id it seems you replied multiple times to it.  Any replies automatically put the ticket to the back of the queue (we didn't write the system and apparently that's something that cannot be changed), which is why the autoreply tells you not to do this.

Unfortunately I cannot reset activations myself, but in the short term you could use the trial option which is identical other than a 30 day limitation.

I will see if I can find someone who can reset things for you.

Typically any resets take place pretty quickly within business hours.

i am having the same problem,i think you should write this in the instructions because most if not all people just wonder why its not activated in windows 8 so just keep trying again,a google search i found out i had to activate in administator mode.

I have sent a ticket more than 24hours ago but nothing yet,and i have sent another email ,perhaps this is why people reply because such a slow reply.If you mentioned this when people activate then i think you will save 10000s of tickets as i bet most people are falling foul of this.
