Recently I see this post, and now I wonder what will happen with this excellent app?

P.S. Seems like modernmix will be affected too.
ModernMix is already affected.
It was good while it lasted.
I guess you would have always suspected that the time may come when ModernMix and Start8 may become redundant.
Right now, I have no need for ModernMix and have uninstalled it, and I suspect in the near future that I will have no need for Start8.
That's not to say that I don't appreciate your great work.
You guys make fabulous quality software, but there was always a possibility of this happening.
Keep up the great work, guys!
I will continue to promote your other amazing software. 
Update 2 maybe won't be here till Oct 2014. So, I will enjoy Start8 for sure till then. And maybe I will keep it if the "new" Startmenu shows to be just another marketing gimmick.
