Cant create fences and more

So i purchased fences after it expired and now i cant create fences or anything else

and whenever i start up my desktop UAC has me confirming fences like 3 times

what happened?

If you are getting the UAC, it is likely that you are running Fences 'As Administrator'. Make sure it is not:

Thanks that did clear up some of my Problems But i have another sadly Every 30 minutes or so i get a UAC Prompt about Product Activation Is there a way to fix that?
