[Bug] Crash When Clicking During Turn Change

So, I was a little overeager trying to get something to finish researching and while clicking constantly on the end turn button while the game was doing all it's end turn stuff it crashed to desktop.

 

I don't see a bug thread or anything so I figured I'd post it here.
