Revers edge of screen

Option stops working

I have dual monitors, Win 8.1 Pro x64, 16 GB Ram, QUADRO 600 Video Card 1GB.

Running Fences & ObjectDock/Quicklaunch Dock (QLD) ver 2.10.0.811.

QLD in on the main monitor on the left hand side - centered 30 icons & 5 separators. "Reverse edge of screen" (REOS) is checked.

Periodically thru out the day I notice the QLD in on top of all application on the main monitor. I go into settings and uncheck the REOS and recheck the REOS and everything returns to normal (REOF is working).

This happens 4-6 time a day and is very annoying.

Any advise ?
