Unskinnable parts in Windows 8?

I'm having trouble skinning a number of parts of the explorer window in Windows 8. Listed in roughly order of importance to me (see image as well):

1-the treeview background

2-the Ribbon

3-the statusbar

4-those annoying little pop-up tabs that cover the titlebar

I would settle for single color adjustments to these items, but I haven't found any entries that affect these areas either in the normal skinning area nor any of the color definitions. As you can see, I've tested everything I could change, even defining images for entries that typically have no default image set, but these last few are eluding me.

Any help would be appreciated. I'd even welcome non-SkinStudio fixes, though I'd prefer to keep installing / changing my theme as simple as possible.

All the reverting back , people should ask for a refund on windows 8, call it a day, and wait for the next os. So sad, so predictable, windows relases, they should work outside the box, not put us in one.

Good fix Andy.
