Why is there nothing to skin MS Office 2013?

There is a HUGE need to be able to change the bland on bland backgrounds (themes) in MS 2013. Why has Stardock not made anything to address this huge need?  There at countless user forms full of "wishes" this could be done.

A program's accepting skinning (fully or partially) has to do with the coding of that program, not Windowblinds. That is the reason that MS Office and Chrome won't accept GUI modification.

This isn't a new situation. For many years and it goes way back before Ma office 2013 this has been mentioned. Do you really think that if it could be skinned SD just isn't trying or caring about it. MS prevents this as mentioned above. I wouldn't even want to guess at the hours SD spent along with the money trying to skin things that couldn't be skinned.

Bottom line form seeing what has gone on here for 7 years is this. If it can be skinned SD will fix or make a new program such as all the new Win8 programs. If it can't it's not from lack of trying.

Well, I though that was what Stardock was all about - making skins people want (nobody said it was easy).  They are missing out on a huge opportunity.  I feel like throwing this project on Freelancer.com and then selling the results back to Stardock!

You'd have to usurp MS's coding methinks in order to do that. I don't think they'd appreciate though, IMO
