No .uis file

Everytime I try to download a windowblinds file I get a "no .uis folder in this skin" are you sure it is a windowblinds file. What does this mean?

Instead of leftclicking to download and install, rightclick the link to save the file to your harddrive. then double click the file wherever you downloaded it to.
