Some apps not in apps folder?

Some apps are not in the Windows 8-apps folder.

Store, settings, photos, camera, skydrive.

All these appears like ordinary shortcuts on Start8. How can I move them to the Windows 8-apps folder?

Those are not in that folder as they exist as actual shortcuts in the standard start menu tree.

Why Microsoft did that is a question for Microsoft as without Start8 none of those shortcuts would work when clicked from explorer windows.
