Stopped working

Can not change to new windowblind theme

Not sure whats going on here, but for some reason I can not activiate window blinds themes anymore.  I can down load and install and even mess with the settings and apply the theme.  Although it goes thru the process to apply the style, it never does. 

I seem to be stuck with a generic Windows theme regardless of what I do.

Also installed on my PC are:

  • Decore 8
  • Deskscapes 8
  • Fences
  • Modern Mix
  • Start 8
  • WindowFX 5

(I'm a current Object Desktop subscriber)

 

Can a setting in one of the other programs be affecting this?

This may or may not work but give it a try. Open windowblinds and apply the Windows Areo skin. Close WB than reboot your computer. After reboot open WB and try to apply another skin and see if it works. If this doesn't help you can wait for someone else to make a suggestion or write to stardock support. There isn't anyone there today and may have to wait a day or two for a reply. On;y submit one ticket.
