make a lightweight program that enables glass

edit i noticed i had made a thread identicle to this one several months ago

you did an amazing job with start8 it is not in the way it shows no notification icon it's silent just like i want all my programs to be

so i have a request for s lightweight program that enables glass

no notification icon

glass is instantly enabled when windows boots up seamlessly without noticing just like windows 7

i don't want to know it exists when it's running just like with start 8 i want one way and one way only to access the options ranging from 

blurr slider that makes the transparancy blurry or completely clear

color set will always be there (in windows 8 when you lose focuse on the window the border goes grey)

basically i want it to be exactly like windows 7 was just with a few more customization options

i would pay for a program like this
