Icon Size

Recently I was trying to make my desktop icons larger on my Win7 64 bit desktop. I know of several ways to do this but when I tried to access "Windows Color and Appearance" by choosing Personalize so I could open "Classic Appearance Properties" it wasn't part of the menu. It's been awhile since I tried that approach so I don't remember what version of WindowsBlinds I had since last I was able to go into it. I currently run v.8. I changed the icon size via the registry so that isn't the issue.

My question is:

Is WindowsBlinds responsible for the above options to go missing?

Does WindowBlinds have this option built into its menu?

WindowBlinds nor IconPackager have anything to with the icon size, just right click on your desktop, select View and pick your icon size, large, medium or small. :)
