Com Surrogate Error?

Anyone ever get a Com Surrogate error after installing and using Fences with 5+ fences on your desktop?  I've gotten this error which leads to dllhost.exe running rampant twice after I've installed Fences.  I've run all kinds of virus scans and malware scans and its not that.  Does Fences react oddly to something in Windows 7 Lenovo Laptop?

Thanks for any thoughts on this.  I love the product but can't go through another rebuild to get rid of this when it happens.
